Website and Web app
The product
Unidos con bienestar or UCB is a business model around simplifying a government requirement to diagnose employee happiness and mental health.
The challenge for the team was to create a website that could answer all of the end-user questions and show some examples, features, and benefits of using the web app.
The second part was to create the web app from scratch with the help of some experts of the NOM-035 (the new government required accreditation for companies), which meant translating the flowcharts and wireframes into several UIs for different end-users.
Goals
Our main goals for this project was to create a website and a web app; this meant:
- Create an entire site for the final user to go and learn about the product
- Create the web app for different end-users (Clients, Employees, Administrators and, a Super User)
- Create usable prototypes for users to test
- Design a social media and email campaign
Website
Our team focused on the website’s content and visual design, creating an experience for the users to understand the benefits of the product with the help of video tutorials and examples of the time saved when automating the whole experience for their employees.
Website prototype
It was a team effort to create the look and feel of the page. My primary responsibility in this task was to translate all the designs from Photoshop to Xd and develop an easy way to create new pages and make global changes when needed with Adobe Xd.
I also was in charge of the prototype for several site iterations and the asset delivery to the developers.
Web app
The most important part of the product was the creation of the web app. We were responsible for the visual, some of the UX in the app, the prototype, and some A/B testing.

Using Xd, I was able to generate an easy way to make global changes for the colors, typography, and modules that were changing thru the testing part and after every feedback loop.
I also created prototypes for different end-users, which means other flows for the web app and generated every asset for the dev team.
